- Re-grease and gasket replacementThe most common KitchenAid fault we see. Old grease breaks down, the gasket hardens, and oil starts weeping out under the base and into the bowl.$100
- Worm gear replacementIf your mixer grinds, whines or runs without turning the beater, the worm gear has almost certainly stripped. It is designed to fail before the motor does.$90
- Re-grease, gasket and worm gear replacementBest valueThe two repairs above, done together. Most mixers that come to us with grinding also need the grease and gasket done, and doing both at once costs less than booking them separately.$140
- Power cord replacementA worn power cord is a safety problem, not just an annoyance. We replace the cord and the strain relief so the lead is properly anchored again.$70
- Speed controller replacementWhen the mixer only runs flat out, ignores the speed dial, or will not switch off, the speed controller has failed.$110
- DiagnosticsFor mixers that do not match any of the symptoms above. We find the fault, tell you what it needs and what it will cost, and you decide from there.$50Applied towards any repair
Bowl-lift mixers (Professional 600, Pro 5 Plus, Pro Line) are $25 more on every repair except the re-grease.
Pick up and drop off across Vaughan and Kleinburg: $20. Drop it off yourself: free.
Payment is cash or e-transfer, once the repair is done.

Book the diagnostic instead. We open the mixer up, find the actual fault and quote the repair. The $50 comes off the price of any work you go ahead with.
